Easy Healthy Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 large wrap
  • 2 eggs, scrambled

  • 1/2 an avocado, mashed
  • 1 tbsp cottage cheese
  • A few slices of tomato

  • Salt & pepper, to season

    Imagine the wrap divided into quarters. Place the scrambled eggs in one quarter, the spinach in another, the mashed avocado in the third, and the cottage cheese, tomato slices, and red onion in the last. Sprinkle everything with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Fold and Cook:
    Now, fold the wrap up, quarter by quarter, until you have a neat little triangle. Pan fry it on medium heat until the outside is crispy and golden brown.
