When I think about summer, I’m instantly transported to those cozy nights spent camping under the stars. The smell of the fresh outdoor air, the crackling of the campfire, and, of course, the sweet satisfaction of making s’mores with my favorite people.

But what if you’re craving that gooey, chocolatey goodness without the campfire? That’s where this S’mores Dip comes in. It’s perfect for when you’re having a summer get-together but can’t light up a fire. Trust me, once you’ve had this dip, you’ll want to make it every time you get together with friends or family.

I remember the first time I made this dip. It was during a girls’ night in with my closest friends. We were reminiscing about our last camping trip and how much we missed the s’mores.

One of my friends joked about setting up a mini campfire in the living room, and that’s when the idea hit me—why not create a s’mores dip that gives us all the feels without needing to go outside? The result was magic! We laughed, dipped, and devoured the entire skillet in one sitting. It was like bringing a piece of our camping adventures into the comfort of our home.

  4. Top it off: Crush some graham crackers and sprinkle them over the marshmallows. Add a few more chocolate chips on top if you’re feeling extra indulgent.
  5. Bake: Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn a light golden color.
  6. Cool slightly: Give the skillet a few minutes to cool down, then grab some fresh graham crackers and start dipping!
