Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2-3 tablespoons Vegemite or to taste
  • ½ cup grated cheese cheddar or your favorite cheese

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare the Pastry:

  • Let the puff pastry sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to partially thaw.

Spread the Filling:

  • Spread a thin layer of Vegemite evenly over the pastry. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the Vegemite.

Cut and Roll:

  • Cut the pastry into 5 equal strips. Roll each strip into a scroll shape.

Bake the Scrolls:

  • Place the scrolls in a greased muffin tin to help them hold their shape. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
