Air Fried Peanut Butter Banana Bites
These Air Fried Peanut Butter Banana Bites are the perfect combination of sweet, creamy, and slightly crunchy. They’re quick enough to make when you’re craving something sweet but still healthy enough to keep you on track.
- 1 Banana
- 1 Lavash
- Peanut butter/almond butter
- Melted chocolate chips O
Spread peanut butter on lavash
Place a banana on one end and roll it
Cut into 1 inch pieces
Air fry 400f for 8-10 minutes
Drizzle some melted chocolate
And enjoy the bites.
- Variations: Feel free to swap out the Lavash for a whole wheat tortilla if you prefer. You can also use almond butter, cashew butter, or even Nutella for a twist!
- Storage: These bites are best enjoyed fresh, but if you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge. Pop them back in the air fryer for a minute or two to reheat.
