Description

These Apple Oat Pancakes are not just a recipe—they’re a slice of morning bliss, wrapped up in warmth and memories. Perfect for little ones and adults alike, they’re a simple, healthy treat that brings joy to the start of your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ½ an apple
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients together and blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Heat the pan on medium heat then start cooking the pancakes on low to medium heat with some coconut oil on both sides until it’s golden in colour.
  • Remove let it cool down and then serve.

Notes

  • Freezing: These pancakes freeze wonderfully! You can make a big batch, freeze them, and then just pop them in the toaster for a quick breakfast. They last up to 2 months in the freezer.
  • Storage: If you’re not freezing them, they’ll keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just reheat them gently before serving.
