- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup milk of choice
- ½ an apple
- ¼ tsp cinnamon optional
In a blender, add all the ingredients together and blend until smooth and well combined.
Heat the pan on medium heat then start cooking the pancakes on low to medium heat with some coconut oil on both sides until it’s golden in colour.
Remove let it cool down and then serve.
- Freezing: These pancakes freeze wonderfully! You can make a big batch, freeze them, and then just pop them in the toaster for a quick breakfast. They last up to 2 months in the freezer.
- Storage: If you’re not freezing them, they’ll keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just reheat them gently before serving.
