Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 20 g milk
  • 40 g white cheese (fromage blanc)
  • 50 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar add more to taste
  • vanilla extract to taste
  • 4 g baking powder

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the egg, fromage blanc, and milk until well combined.
  • Add the vanilla and sugar, stirring until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the flour and baking powder until the mixture is smooth.
  • Oil the donut molds, then fill each cavity about two-thirds full with the batter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the donuts are lightly browned.

Notes

  • If you prefer sweeter donuts, increase the sugar by 1-2 teaspoons.
  • Let the donuts cool before removing from the molds to prevent breaking.
