- 20 g milk
- 40 g white cheese (fromage blanc)
- 50 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar add more to taste
- vanilla extract to taste
- 4 g baking powder
In a bowl, mix the egg, fromage blanc, and milk until well combined.
Add the vanilla and sugar, stirring until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the flour and baking powder until the mixture is smooth.
Oil the donut molds, then fill each cavity about two-thirds full with the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the donuts are lightly browned.
- If you prefer sweeter donuts, increase the sugar by 1-2 teaspoons.
