These bliss balls are suitable for babies from 6+ months, and you can shape them into finger shapes for easier handling.

Ingredients
  

  • 90 g frozen blueberries about 3/4 cup
  • 100 g oats about 1/2 cup
  • 20 g desiccated coconut about 1/8 cup
  • 2 tablespoons smooth nut butter or seed butter of choice e.g., smooth peanut butter
  • Extra shredded coconut for coating

Optional Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup for adults and older kids

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients (blueberries, oats, desiccated coconut, nut/seed butter) into your food processor.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  • Roll the mixture into approximately 14 small balls.
  • Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut until fully coated.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Serving Suggestions:
  • Suitable for babies 6+ months. For babies under 1, shape the mixture into finger shapes for easier handling.
Storage Instructions:
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Freeze in a freezer bag for up to 1 month. Thaw in the refrigerator or on the counter before serving.
