- 100 g oats about 1/2 cup
- 20 g desiccated coconut about 1/8 cup
- 2 tablespoons smooth nut butter or seed butter of choice e.g., smooth peanut butter
- Extra shredded coconut for coating
Optional Ingredients:
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup for adults and older kids
Place all the ingredients (blueberries, oats, desiccated coconut, nut/seed butter) into your food processor.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
Roll the mixture into approximately 14 small balls.
Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut until fully coated.
