Ingredients
  

Brownie layer:

  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup melted/softened cream cheese
  • ¼ cup melted chocolate
  • ½ cup almond flour add more if needed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Caramel:

  • your favorite caramel sauce or 1/4 cup maple syrup mixed with 1/4 cup nut butter

Chocolate layer:

  • ½ cup melted chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • mix all the ingredients together besides almond flour
  • mix in the almond flour until it forms into a brownie dough consistency
  • flatten it out into a mini muffin mold
  • make an indent in the center with a spoon and fill with caramel
  • melt the chocolate with coconut oil and spread on top
  • freeze for 20 minutes and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a vegan version, substitute the cream cheese with a plant-based option.
  • You can experiment with different nut butters in the caramel filling—peanut butter adds a lovely, rich flavor.
