Brownie layer:
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup melted/softened cream cheese
- ¼ cup melted chocolate
- ½ cup almond flour add more if needed
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Caramel:
- your favorite caramel sauce or 1/4 cup maple syrup mixed with 1/4 cup nut butter
Chocolate layer:
- ½ cup melted chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil
mix all the ingredients together besides almond flour
mix in the almond flour until it forms into a brownie dough consistency
flatten it out into a mini muffin mold
make an indent in the center with a spoon and fill with caramel
melt the chocolate with coconut oil and spread on top
freeze for 20 minutes and enjoy!
- For a vegan version, substitute the cream cheese with a plant-based option.
- You can experiment with different nut butters in the caramel filling—peanut butter adds a lovely, rich flavor.
