Ingredients

Chicken Gyros

Instructions

Cook the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil and cook the chicken mince until nearly cooked through.

Prepare the Cauliflower Rice

  • Microwave cauliflower rice and squeeze out excess moisture.
  • Cook with garlic, olive oil, and seasonings until lightly toasted.

Prepare the Tzatziki
