Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Chocolate chips - melt with 1.5 tbsp coconut oil for easier melting
  • 1 Cup Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate with (optional) coconut oil
  • Mix in the blueberries with most of the chocolate - save some for the next step
  • Spread a small circle of chocolate for under the popsicle stick - so the blueberries stick better once frozen
  • Top the pop it with the blueberry mixture and freeze for 1-2 hours
  • Pop out and enjoy!

Notes
