Chocolate Covered Cherry Chocolate Chip Frozen Cheesecake Bars
CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP FROZEN CHEESECAKE BARS✨ an indulgent but better-for-you frozen sweet treat made with simple, dairy-free and refined sugar-free ingredients! These frozen cheesecake bars are light and refreshing with flavorful chunks of cherry and my favorite Simple Dark Chocolate.

- 10 oz dairy-free yogurt
- 4 oz dairy-free cream cheese
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 4 2.1 oz bars of Simple Dark Chocolate, divided
- ½ cup fresh or frozen cherries chopped
- 2 tbsp cherry jam
Chop up one of your chocolate bars into small chunks
To a small mixing bowl add your yogurt, cream cheese, and maple syrup and stir until smooth
To the same bowl add your chopped chocolate, cherries, and jam and fold gently
Add a piece of wax paper to a small cutting board or baking sheet (any flat surface that will fit in your freezer) and drop your mixture onto the wax paper to make 4-5 large cherry chocolate cheesecake bars, placing a popsicle stick in the center of each
Freeze for 4-6 hours
Make your chocolate shell by melting the remainder of your chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring ofter
Remove from heat when all of the chocolate is just melted
Drizzle your melted chocolate over your frozen bars (the chocolate will harden quickly) and enjoy!
- Ingredient Substitutions: Feel free to use regular yogurt and cream cheese if you’re not dairy-free. The bars will still taste amazing!
- Cherry Alternatives: If you can’t find fresh or frozen cherries, try using raspberries or strawberries for a different fruity twist.
- Storage Tip: These bars can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Just make sure to wrap them individually in wax paper to prevent freezer burn.
