In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric whisk until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Add the milk, honey, and oil, and continue mixing until smooth.
In another bowl, combine the flour, potato starch, cinnamon, and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
Gently fold the chocolate chips into the batter using a spatula.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Butter and flour your donut molds, then pour the batter evenly into each mold.
Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the donuts are lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
