  • 140 g All-purpose flour (farina 00)
  • 20 g Potato starch
  • 2 Eggs
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 50 ml Vegetable oil (seed oil)
  • 40 ml Milk
  • 5 g Baking powder 1/2 sachet
  • Cinnamon To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 80 g Chocolate chips

  • White chocolate For frosting
  • Food coloring Optional
  • Colored sprinkles For decorating

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric whisk until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Add the milk, honey, and oil, and continue mixing until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour, potato starch, cinnamon, and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
  • Gently fold the chocolate chips into the batter using a spatula.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Butter and flour your donut molds, then pour the batter evenly into each mold.
  • Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the donuts are lightly golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the donuts cool in the mold for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Melt the milk chocolate and white chocolate separately. If you'd like to add color, mix food coloring into the melted white chocolate.
  • Dip each donut in the melted chocolate glaze of your choice, and sprinkle with colored sprinkles or sweets before the chocolate sets.
