- ½ - 1 tsp crispy or regular chili oil
- Drizzle of honey
- Pinch of salt

- Sourdough bread slice

- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chili flakes optional
Option 1 - Chili Oil and Honey:
Spread cottage cheese generously over the toasted sourdough.
Drizzle with chili oil (adjust to taste) and honey.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt.
Option 2 - Scrambled Eggs:
Spread cottage cheese over the toasted sourdough.
Top with scrambled eggs (see instructions below).
Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if desired.
For Perfect Scrambled Eggs:
Crack 2 eggs into a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
Heat a medium-sized nonstick pan over medium heat and add 1-2 tsp of butter. Swirl until melted, then reduce the heat to medium-low.
Add the eggs to the pan. Use a spatula to stir the eggs, folding the liquidy parts over to make contact with the skillet. Continue to stir frequently.
Once the eggs are mostly set but still a little wet, remove the pan from heat. Stir until done to your liking. Serve immediately.
