Easy Pretzel Bites With Yogurt
These Homemade Greek Yogurt Pretzel Bites are a healthy and delicious snack made with Greek yogurt, flour, and olive oil. Quick to prepare, they're perfect for appetizers or a satisfying bite any time of the day.
- 250 g 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 150 g 1 cup 1 tbsp all purposes flour
- 12 g 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- ⅙ tsp salt
- Baking Soda Bath
- 250 ml 1 cup boiling water
- 8 g 3/4 tbsp baking soda
- Milk I am
Preheat oven to 190 Cº (375 Fº).
In a large mixing bowl stir together flour with salt, baking powder and oil. Add Greek Yogurt stir well.
Transfer the dough over a floured clean surface and knead into a soft dough. If the pretzel bites dough is too chewy and wet, add more flour.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each dough into a log. Cut the log into smaller balls, in total you should get 12 to 15 pretzel bites.
Baking Soda Bath
Bring to boil 250ml (1 cup) water and pour in a bowl. Add to the boiling water baking soda and stir.
Quickly dip pretzel bites into the baking bath and transfer over a parchment paper covered baking tray. Brush with little milk for golden pretzel bites.
Bake in hot oven until golden for 10 to 14 minutes.
