Raw Cake Ingredients

- ž cup oat flour
- Zest of 2 lemons
- Juice from 2 lemons

- 1 tsp vanilla
Glaze Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey
- ÂŊ cup coconut oil melted and cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Juice from 1 lemon optional
