Froyo Layer Bites

❤️ Red Layer
- 1 cup raspberries
- ½ cup yogurt
💙 Blue Layer
- 1 cup yogurt
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- blue spirulina powder
🤍 White Layer
- ½ cup white chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
For the red layer blend the raspberries and yogurt and place it on a piece of parchment paper in a rectangle container
For the blue layer mix the yogurt, powdered sugar and blue spirulina powder and place that on top of the red layer
Freeze for 3 hours
Slice into squares
Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle/dip the bites in
Freeze for another 15 minutes and enjoy!
- Customization: Feel free to get creative with the layers! You can swap the raspberries for strawberries or even use dark chocolate instead of white.
