Description

These bites are the perfect healthier treat that is so fun too! they’re gluten free, can be made dairy free and vegan, kosher and so easy to make 🙌🏼 I’m a that chef who wants to help YOU eat healthier and enjoy it! follow for daily recipes ❤️

Ingredients

❤️ Red Layer

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup yogurt

💙 Blue Layer

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • blue spirulina powder

🤍 White Layer

  • ½ cup white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • For the red layer blend the raspberries and yogurt and place it on a piece of parchment paper in a rectangle container
  • For the blue layer mix the yogurt, powdered sugar and blue spirulina powder and place that on top of the red layer
  • Freeze for 3 hours
  • Slice into squares
  • Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle/dip the bites in
  • Freeze for another 15 minutes and enjoy!

Notes

  • Customization: Feel free to get creative with the layers! You can swap the raspberries for strawberries or even use dark chocolate instead of white.
  • Kosher Option: This recipe can easily be made kosher by ensuring all ingredients are kosher-certified.
