  • 500 g chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¾ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

  • In a large bowl, season the chicken pieces with Italian herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Cook for 5-8 minutes, turning the chicken every 2-3 minutes, until golden brown on all sides but not fully cooked through.
  • Lower the heat, add the butter, and stir it in with the chicken until melted and evenly coated.
  • Continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked through, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
