Chicken Bites Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- ¾ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Cooking Instructions
In a large bowl, season the chicken pieces with Italian herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
Heat the olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Cook for 5-8 minutes, turning the chicken every 2-3 minutes, until golden brown on all sides but not fully cooked through.
Lower the heat, add the butter, and stir it in with the chicken until melted and evenly coated.
Continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked through, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
