Gâteau Poire & Avoine
This healthy Gâteau Poire & Avoine is a delicious and wholesome dessert made with the natural sweetness of pears and the hearty texture of gluten-free oats. Perfect for a quick treat, this cake is easy to make and combines the comforting flavors of oatmeal and fresh fruit, topped with a hint of chocolate for an extra indulgence.
Cake Batter
- 1 piece Pear Peeled and sliced into thin slices
- 35 grams Gluten-Free Oats Use certified gluten-free oats for a gluten-free version
- 1 piece Egg Large egg
- 100 ml Milk Use dairy or plant-based milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Vanilla powder or extract
- 10 grams Chocolate Chopped into small pieces
- 1 tsp Honey Optional, for added sweetness
Baking the Cake
Peel and slice the pear into thin slices. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla, and honey (if using).
In a separate bowl, mix the gluten-free oats, baking powder, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
Fold the pear slices and chopped chocolate into the batter.
Pour the batter into a mold suitable for your Airfryer. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160°C (320°F) and bake for another 5 minutes.
Let the cake cool slightly before serving.
- If you prefer a sweeter cake, add a little more honey to the batter.
- If you don't have an Airfryer, you can bake this cake in a traditional oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
