This High Protein Breakfast is a quick, easy, and nutritious option for those busy mornings. With just three ingredients—silken tofu, frozen raspberries, and maple syrup—you can whip up a delicious breakfast in just 3 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 300 g pack of organic silken tofu
  • 1 cup of frozen organic raspberries
  • 1-2 tbsp organic maple syrup add more/ depending on preference

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth
