Description

With 26g of protein and no protein powder this is a powerhouse of a smoothie. The protein comes from the organic soya milk and the chia and hemp seeds. Great for breakfast on the go or for post workout.

Ingredients

  • 350 ml about 1.5 cups organic unsweetened soya milk
  • 2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh spinach

Instructions

  • Simply put everything in a blender and blend until smooth

Notes

The chia and hemp are also great sources of fibre and are full of omega 3s as well as key vitamins and minerals.
