- 2 cups thick plain yogurt
- ⅓ cup powdered peanut butter or regular peanut butter if preferred
- 3 tablespoons powdered monk fruit sweetener or any powdered sweetener of choice
- Crushed peanuts for topping
- 1 tablespoon melted chocolate
- Pinch of salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, powdered peanut butter, and powdered monk fruit sweetener. Stir until well-mixed and smooth.
Optionally, you can add more peanuts or other preferred fillings to the mixture.
Line a tray with parchment paper. Spoon a few spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the tray, shaping them into small mounds. You can make these as big or small as you like.
