Instructions

Preparation and Cooking

  • In a bowl, combine softened unsalted butter with garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the prepared garlic butter evenly on one side of each keto bread slice. Place bread slices on a baking sheet, butter side up, and toast in the oven for 6 minutes until edges are lightly crisp.
  • On three of the toasted bread slices, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly. On the remaining slice, spread marinara sauce, then add mozzarella and top with pepperoni slices.
  • Place the cheese-only slices together with cheese sides up to form stacks. For the pizza-style slice, place the marinara and pepperoni topped slice on top of one of the cheese stacks.
  • Switch oven setting to broil. Place assembled stacks on the baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes, watching closely, until the cheese is fully melted and golden brown. Remove and let cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

  • Choose a keto bread that crisps well to avoid sogginess.
  • Watch the broiler closely to prevent burning the cheese.
  • Feel free to customize toppings with your favorite low-carb ingredients.
