- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 0.25 cup marinara sauce low-carb, sugar-free preferred

- 0.25 tsp onion powder

Preparation and Cooking
In a bowl, combine softened unsalted butter with garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until fully incorporated.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the prepared garlic butter evenly on one side of each keto bread slice. Place bread slices on a baking sheet, butter side up, and toast in the oven for 6 minutes until edges are lightly crisp.
On three of the toasted bread slices, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly. On the remaining slice, spread marinara sauce, then add mozzarella and top with pepperoni slices.
Place the cheese-only slices together with cheese sides up to form stacks. For the pizza-style slice, place the marinara and pepperoni topped slice on top of one of the cheese stacks.
Switch oven setting to broil. Place assembled stacks on the baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes, watching closely, until the cheese is fully melted and golden brown. Remove and let cool for a minute before serving.
