- 1 pound ground turkey
- 0.5 onion chopped
- 1 cup kale chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 0.25 teaspoon chili powder
- 0.25 teaspoon cumin powder
- 4 slices cheddar cheese

Cooking Steps
Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned.
Mix in chopped kale and cook until wilted.
Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, and cumin powder. Stir well to combine.
Remove the filling from the skillet and set aside.
