Weet-Bix Base:
- 4 Weet-Bix 60g
- 2 tsp sweetener of choice
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
Choc Creme:
- 200 g high-protein vanilla yoghurt
- 30 g chocolate hazelnut protein powder
- 1 tsp chocolate/hazelnut spread optional
White Creme:
- 4-5 small squares of white chocolate
- 50 g more yoghurt
- 5 g hazelnut butter or white chocolate hazelnut spread optional
Prepare the Weet-Bix Base:
Make the Choc Creme:
In a separate bowl, mix together the high-protein vanilla yoghurt, chocolate hazelnut protein powder, and optional chocolate/hazelnut spread until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the Weet-Bix layer in each bowl.
Prepare the White Creme:
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, then in 15-second intervals until fully melted. Stir in 1/2 tbsp milk, then add the yoghurt and optional hazelnut butter for an extra Bueno-like flavor. Spread this white creme mixture over the choc creme layer.
- For these macros, I used YoPro yoghurt, Nutella, and white chocolate hazelnut butter.
- You can use white hazelnut chocolate instead of the butter for the top layer, or omit it altogether.
- For a vegan version, use vegan yoghurt and chocolate spread.
