Ingredients
  

For the Oats:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk your choice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Almonds for topping
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

For the Cherry Jam:

  • 100 g cherries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cherry Jam:

  • In a pan, add the cherries and sugar.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. After 3-4 minutes, mash the cherries slightly.
  • Continue cooking until the jam reaches a thick consistency. Set aside.

Cook the Oats:

  • In a pot, combine oats, honey, salt, milk, water, and the cinnamon stick.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture becomes creamy.

Serve:

  • Spoon the oats into a bowl as the base.
  • Top with the cherry jam, Greek yogurt, almonds, and a dollop of peanut butter.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness of the jam by adding more or less sugar, according to taste.
  • You can replace almonds with any nuts or seeds you prefer.
