Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 to 4 tbsp water as needed
  • ¼ cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Base

  • In a food processor, combine the Medjool dates, peanut butter, water, and vanilla extract. Process until the mixture starts to come together. If it remains crumbly, add an extra tablespoon of water. The mixture should stick together when pressed.

Step 2: Add Dry Ingredients

  • Add the oats, flaxseed meal, hemp seeds, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture. Process until everything is well incorporated. Finally, stir in the mini vegan chocolate chips.

Step 3: Form the Balls

  • Scoop out 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Enjoy immediately or store for later.
