- 180 g smooth peanut butter I like to use the Kelkin or panda brand smooth peanut butter - you need a very smooth peanut butter for this
- 45 g coconut flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt flakes + extra for decorating
Coating
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil Optional
Add all ingredients except the dark chocolate/coconut oil if using to a bowl and mix.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil if using.
Dip each into the chocolate and place on a parchment lined dish.
Sprinkle with salt, leave to set and enjoy!
- Make sure to use a very smooth peanut butter for the best texture.
- The coconut oil in the chocolate coating is optional but adds a nice touch of creaminess.
