Ingredients

  • 180 g smooth peanut butter I like to use the Kelkin or panda brand smooth peanut butter - you need a very smooth peanut butter for this
  • 45 g coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt flakes + extra for decorating

Coating

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil Optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the dark chocolate/coconut oil if using to a bowl and mix.
  • Shape into 7-8 balls (I like to use a mini ice cream scoop for this).
  • Melt the chocolate and coconut oil if using.
  • Dip each into the chocolate and place on a parchment lined dish.
  • Sprinkle with salt, leave to set and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to use a very smooth peanut butter for the best texture.
  • The coconut oil in the chocolate coating is optional but adds a nice touch of creaminess.
