Instructions
In a bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut flour until a sticky texture forms.
Form the mixture into eggs and transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet (this batch made 6 eggs).
Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Melt your dark chocolate and dip each egg into the melted chocolate. Be sure to coat all sides.
Place back in the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens. Optional: Drizzle more chocolate on top and add flaky salt. Enjoy!
