Cuisine American
- 1 cup yogurt of choice I used dairy-free
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup cacao nibs
- 5-8 medjool dates blended until smooth (be sure to soak them in hot water for a few minutes first so they blend easily)
- handful of chopped almonds
- flaky salt
melted dark chocolate
In a bowl, combine yogurt, vanilla, cacao nibs, chopped almonds and blended dates until well combined.
Scoop the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Freeze for about 1 hour.
Drizzle melted dark chocolate over each cluster.
Freeze for another 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
Enjoy! 💕
- Soaking Dates: Make sure to soak the dates in hot water for a few minutes before blending them; it makes them much easier to blend.
- Storage: Keep these clusters in the freezer, but don’t expect them to last long—they’re that good!
