Ingredients
  

Strawberry Milk:

  • Handful of fresh strawberries
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk

Matcha:

  • ½ tbsp matcha powder
  • ¼ cup dairy-free milk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

Prepare the Strawberry Milk:

  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, maple syrup, and dairy-free milk. Blend for several minutes until smooth.
  • Optional: Sift the strawberry milk through a sieve to remove seeds and any remaining chunks for a smoother texture.

Make the Matcha:

  • Heat the dairy-free milk by boiling it or microwaving it for 1-2 minutes.
  • In a cup, add the matcha powder, hot milk, and maple syrup. Whisk together until well combined and frothy, using a bamboo whisk or milk frother.

Assemble the Latte:

  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the strawberry milk, then gently top with the prepared matcha.

Garnish and Serve:

  • For an extra treat, top with dairy-free whipped cream and a sprinkle of matcha powder.
  • Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup to taste.
  • If you prefer a stronger matcha flavor, increase the amount of matcha powder to 1 tbsp.
  • This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled to serve more.
