Baileys Chocolate Oreo Parfait

Ingredients
For the Baileys Cream
- 8–9 Oreo cookies blended into crumbs
- 400 ml fresh cream
- 90 ml Baileys liqueur
- 70 g icing sugar
For the Chocolate Ganache
- 80 g dark chocolate chopped
- 80 ml fresh cream
Instructions
Prepare the Oreo Crumbs
- Blend the Oreo cookies until they are fine crumbs. Set aside.
Make the Chocolate Ganache
- In a small saucepan, bring 80 ml of fresh cream to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate.
- Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Let the ganache cool slightly.
Prepare the Baileys Cream
- In a separate bowl, whip the 400 ml of fresh cream with Baileys liqueur and icing sugar until it forms stiff peaks.
- Divide the whipped Baileys cream into two portions.
- Add the chocolate ganache to one portion and mix well, creating a chocolate Baileys cream.
Assemble the Glasses
- Start by adding a layer of white Baileys cream to the bottom of each glass.
- Follow with a layer of the chocolate Baileys cream.
- Sprinkle a layer of Oreo crumbs on top.
- Repeat the layers of white and chocolate cream, alternating with Oreo crumbs, until the glasses are full.
Chill and Serve
- Let the glasses rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set and enhance the flavors.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your delightful, layered dessert!

- Chill the glasses for at least 1 hour to set the layers.
- Substitute Baileys with any cream liqueur if preferred.
