Description

Remember the baked potato that went all over the internet? I prepared cauliflower in a similar way and it was great 😋 You can eat it just like that with some dip, I chose tartare 🤤 but potatoes or other vegetables can also be served as a side dish.

Ingredients

PRESCRIPTION:

  • 1 small head of cauliflower
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • ÂŊ small spoon smoked paprika
  • A quarter of a small spoonful of salt
  • Cheese for sprinkling - mozzarella edam, parmesan, etc.
  • As a side dish potatoes, tartar sauce or some kind of dip

Instructions

APPROACH:

  • 1.) Boil the cauliflower until soft. Let cool slightly.
  • 2.) Prepare the mixture for rubbing. Mix olive oil, paprika and salt.
  • 3.) Pop the cauliflower slightly with a glass, cover with the mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  • 4.) Bake for 20 minutes. to 195 degrees
  • Bon appetite

Notes

  • Customize It: You can switch up the spices or cheese to suit your taste. Try adding a dash of garlic powder or some crushed red pepper for an extra kick.
  • Pairing Ideas: Serve with crispy roasted potatoes or a tangy tartar sauce to complement the rich flavors of the cauliflower.
