Ingredients
  

Oat Base Ingredients:

  • 2 small bananas
  • 1.5 cups oats
  • ½ cup vanilla or white chocolate protein
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk

Biscoff Creme Layer:

  • 2 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 2-3 tbsp vanilla coconut yoghurt or yoghurt of choice

White Chocolate Layer:

  • 35 g white chocolate
  • 50 g coconut yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Add oat ingredients to a bowl or jar. Mix & place in the fridge for 5 -10 mins to thicken.
  • Top with sliced banana.
  • Mix melted slightly cooled biscoff with yoghurt and divide between jars.
  • Melt white chocolate with coconut yoghurt for 30 Wconds in the microwave. Mix till combined and top each jar. Set in the fridge for a few hours or overnight! Enjoy 🥰

Notes

  • You can use any type of yoghurt for the layers, but vanilla coconut yoghurt adds an extra layer of flavor.
  • Adjust the sweetness by choosing flavored or plain protein powder.
  • For a vegan option, make sure the white chocolate is dairy-free.
