Bounty Stuffed Dates
These Bounty Stuffed Dates are a delightful blend of sweet, creamy, and chocolatey goodness—all wrapped up in a neat little package. Perfect for when you’re craving something sweet but want to keep it wholesome. They’re easy to make, super satisfying, and sure to become a favorite in your home just like they are in mine!

- 12 organic medjool dates
- 1 cup organic desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut milk from a carton - I used @rudehealth
- 1 tbsp organic maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted organic coconut oil
- Melted dark chocolate
Simply mix the desiccated coconut with coconut milk, maple and oil then stuff each date with the mixture. Put in the fridge whilst you melt the chocolate
Dip or drizzle each date in the melted chocolate then sprinkle over some more coconut. Refrigerate to set.
- Storage: Keep these bites in an airtight container in the fridge, and they’ll stay fresh for about a week. They’re perfect for a quick grab-and-go snack!
- Substitutions: Feel free to swap out the maple syrup for honey or agave if that’s what you have on hand. And if you’re not a fan of dark chocolate, milk chocolate works just as well.
