Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw nuts I used 1/2 cup walnuts, 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 cup medjool dates I soaked mine in warm water first to soften
  • 6 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ÂĽ cup cacao powder
  • juice from 1-2 large oranges
  • melted dark chocolate
  • orange zest & shredded coconut optional for topping

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients except the melted chocolate, orange zest and coconut in a food processor until the mixture sticks together.
  • Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate while you melt the chocolate.
  • Coat the truffles in the melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
  • Garnish with orange zest or any other toppings.
  • Freeze for about 30 minutes and enjoy! 🧡

Notes

  • You can swap out the walnuts and cashews for your favorite nuts.
  • If you don’t have medjool dates, any other soft dates will work, just make sure to soak them first.
  • Feel free to get creative with the toppings—crushed nuts, sprinkles, or even a drizzle of white chocolate could be fun!
