- 1 cup almond or oat flour blend a cup of raw oats for oat flour
- ¼ cup coconut sugar or less, to taste
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
For the Chocolate Topping:

Chill the Dough: Place the dough in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm up, making it easier to cut.
Shape the Bites: Use a heart-shaped cutter (or any shape of your choice) to cut out the dough into bites.
Make the Chocolate Topping: Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave or on the stove until smooth.
Top the Bites: Drizzle or dip the cookie dough bites in the melted chocolate mixture.
Set the Bites: Place the bites back in the freezer for 30-40 minutes to set.
Store and Enjoy: Keep the bites in the freezer for freshness. Enjoy whenever you need a sweet treat!
