Description

These 5-ingredient cookie dough bites are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and absolutely delicious! Perfect for a quick, healthy snack or dessert. With just a few simple ingredients, you'll have a tasty treat ready in no time.

Ingredients

For the Cookie Dough:

  • 1 cup almond or oat flour blend a cup of raw oats for oat flour
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar or less, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

For the Chocolate Topping:

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix the almond or oat flour, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and plant-based milk until a dough forms. Once the dough is well-mixed, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  • Chill the Dough: Place the dough in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm up, making it easier to cut.
  • Shape the Bites: Use a heart-shaped cutter (or any shape of your choice) to cut out the dough into bites.
  • Make the Chocolate Topping: Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave or on the stove until smooth.
  • Top the Bites: Drizzle or dip the cookie dough bites in the melted chocolate mixture.
  • Set the Bites: Place the bites back in the freezer for 30-40 minutes to set.
  • Store and Enjoy: Keep the bites in the freezer for freshness. Enjoy whenever you need a sweet treat!

Notes

  • To make oat flour, blend raw oats in a blender or food processor until fine.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding less coconut sugar if preferred.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
