Nutella Cookies
These Nutella cookies became my go-to recipe for those moments when I need a little comfort. They’re quick, easy, and incredibly satisfying. Whether you’re having a bad day or just craving something sweet, these cookies are like a warm hug in dessert form. And every time I make them, I’m reminded of that gloomy afternoon that turned into something much sweeter.

Cuisine American
- 200 g Nutella or hazelnut protein spread
- 1 Egg
- 125 g Plain flour
Combine Nutella with an egg and then add the flour
Whisk until smooth.
Let it rest in the fridge for 10 minutes
Then create the cookies, add chocolate chips if you like and cook in the oven at 180° for about 10 minutes.
- Optional: Add a pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie before baking for that sweet-salty contrast.
- Storage: These cookies keep well in an airtight container for up to a week, but I doubt they’ll last that long!
