Description

These Nutella cookies became my go-to recipe for those moments when I need a little comfort. They’re quick, easy, and incredibly satisfying. Whether you’re having a bad day or just craving something sweet, these cookies are like a warm hug in dessert form. And every time I make them, I’m reminded of that gloomy afternoon that turned into something much sweeter.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Nutella or hazelnut protein spread
  • 1 Egg
  • 125 g Plain flour

Instructions

  • Combine Nutella with an egg and then add the flour
  • Whisk until smooth.
  • Let it rest in the fridge for 10 minutes
  • Then create the cookies, add chocolate chips if you like and cook in the oven at 180° for about 10 minutes.

Notes

  • Optional: Add a pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie before baking for that sweet-salty contrast.
  • Storage: These cookies keep well in an airtight container for up to a week, but I doubt they’ll last that long!
