Nutella-Filled Coffee Truffles

- 250 ml heavy cream
- 85 ml condensed milk
- 50 g icing sugar
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp freeze-dried coffee
- Nutella to taste
- q.b. dark chocolate for melting
Dissolve the freeze-dried coffee in the brewed coffee and set aside.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Line the molds (half-sphere molds) with the melted chocolate and refrigerate until solid.
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and icing sugar together. Then add the condensed milk and the coffee mixture. Mix until a thick cream forms.
Remove the chocolate molds from the refrigerator. Fill each mold halfway with the coffee cream, then add a spoonful of Nutella. Top with more coffee cream.
Cover the truffles with more melted dark chocolate to seal them. Return to the freezer until ready to serve.
