Nutella-Filled Coffee Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 85 ml condensed milk
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp freeze-dried coffee
  • Nutella to taste
  • q.b. dark chocolate for melting

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the freeze-dried coffee in the brewed coffee and set aside.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Line the molds (half-sphere molds) with the melted chocolate and refrigerate until solid.
  • In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and icing sugar together. Then add the condensed milk and the coffee mixture. Mix until a thick cream forms.
  • Remove the chocolate molds from the refrigerator. Fill each mold halfway with the coffee cream, then add a spoonful of Nutella. Top with more coffee cream.
  • Cover the truffles with more melted dark chocolate to seal them. Return to the freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can prepare the truffles in advance and store them in the freezer until serving.
  • Experiment with different fillings like peanut butter or caramel for variety.
  • Serve with a hot cup of coffee for the perfect indulgence.
