Pizza Rolls Recipe
These delicious pizza rolls are soft, golden balls of dough filled with cheese and your choice of salami, sucuk, or tuna. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or even a light meal. Easy to make and sure to be a hit with everyone!

Dough
- 800 g flour
- 200 g oil
- 200 g milk
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tsp salt
- 21 g fresh yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 200 g water
Filling
- 100 g cheese
- 200 g salami, sucuk, or tuna If using tuna, you can add onion
To spread
- 2 egg yolks beaten
- sesame seeds for topping
- black cumin for topping
Knead all the ingredients for the yeast dough in your food processor until combined.
Place the dough on a floured work surface and divide it into 32 balls.
Press each ball flat with your fingers and fill with cheese and your choice of salami, sucuk, or tuna.
Close each piece of dough around the filling and shape it into a ball. Repeat with all 32 pieces.
Place the filled dough balls in a mold. Brush them with the beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame and black cumin.
Preheat the oven to 185°C (365°F) and bake the rolls for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
