Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 4 pitted dates soaked in warm water
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Soak your dates in warm water until soft.
  • In a food processor, combine almond butter, dates, coconut oil, vanilla and salt. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water from when you soaked the dates until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Add flaky sea salt on top.
  • Freeze for 1 hour, slice and enjoy! 💖

Notes

  • If you’re not a fan of almond butter, feel free to use any nut butter you like.
  • The dates are the key to sweetness here, so make sure they’re nice and soft before blending.
