Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 oz water
  • ½ tsp blue spirulina powder
  • ½ cup cashew milk divided

Cashew Milk:

  • 1.5 cups soaked raw cashews soaked at least 4 hours or up to overnight
  • 7 cups water
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

To make your cashew milk

  • Add your raw cashews to an airtight container and cover with water
  • Soak overnight or for at least 4 hours
  • Strain your cashews and rinse until the water runs clear
  • Add all of your ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 2 minutes until frothy
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week

To make your latte:

  • Whisk together your match and water
  • Whisk together 1/4 cup cashew milk and spirulina
  • Pour your matcha over ice
  • Add 1/4 cup of cashew milk
  • Top with spirulina mixture

Notes

  • Customize Your Sweetness: Feel free to adjust the honey in the cashew milk to suit your taste. Sometimes, a little extra sweetness can be just what you need.
  • Switch It Up: If you don’t have spirulina on hand, you can skip it or replace it with another superfood powder. The latte will still be delicious, I promise!
