Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients

  • 60 g whole almonds or almond powder if using pre-ground
  • 30 g coconut flour
  • 120 g coconut cream
  • 5 g agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch baking powder

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • sliced almonds

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough

  • If using whole almonds, grind them into a fine powder.
  • In a bowl, mix the almond powder, coconut flour, coconut cream, agave syrup, salt, and baking powder until you achieve a smooth dough.
  • Spread the dough into a rectangle on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Add Toppings and Shape

  • Combine the tablespoon of coconut cream with the teaspoon of agave syrup.
  • Brush this mixture over the surface of the rectangle and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
  • Cut the rectangle into 5 strips widthwise, then cut each strip in half lengthwise to create individual biscuits.

Bake and Enjoy

  • Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes, or until golden.
