Dough Ingredients
- 60 g whole almonds or almond powder if using pre-ground
- 30 g coconut flour
- 120 g coconut cream
- 5 g agave syrup adjust to taste
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch baking powder
Topping Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- sliced almonds
Prepare the Dough
If using whole almonds, grind them into a fine powder.
In a bowl, mix the almond powder, coconut flour, coconut cream, agave syrup, salt, and baking powder until you achieve a smooth dough.
Spread the dough into a rectangle on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Add Toppings and Shape
Combine the tablespoon of coconut cream with the teaspoon of agave syrup.
Brush this mixture over the surface of the rectangle and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
Cut the rectangle into 5 strips widthwise, then cut each strip in half lengthwise to create individual biscuits.
Bake and Enjoy
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes, or until golden.
